AI tools that do the slow jobs.
Built for your business.

Every small business has work that has to be done and that nobody wants to do: checking rankings, writing the blog, answering the same twelve questions, pulling together a quote, typing up a report. That's the work AI is good at.

We build small, specific AI tools that do one of those jobs properly, and we build them because a client needed one. Here's what we've made so far.

Solar PV Calculator

Built for solar-panel-quotes.ie. A homeowner types their Eircode. The tool finds the house, pulls EU satellite sunlight data for that exact roof, works out what a solar system would generate and save, and shows the roof from above. Takes about five seconds. The homeowner gets a real number for their house instead of a national average, and the business gets a qualified enquiry.

Rankings dashboard

Built for a UK vetting company whose SEO we run. Every Sunday it checks their Google rankings and whether Google's AI Overview cites them, rebuilds the dashboard, and on Monday morning sends a WhatsApp summary: what moved, what's new, one link to the full picture. Nobody logs in to anything.

It's also how we know our own proof is still true. The AI Overview screenshots on this site are checked by the same tool.

Blog factory

Writing the blog is the job that never gets done. The blog factory does it: a brief goes in, AI researches the topic, drafts the article, and a quality gate checks the facts and the sources. Then a person reads it, edits it, and signs it off before it's published. Nothing goes live without a human reading it.

brief→research→draft→QA gate→review→human sign-off→publish

Already writing for client sites, and for ours.

How a custom tool comes about

We don't sell AI off a menu. Every tool above started as a client sentence that began “I wish there was a way to…”.

  1. 01Tell us the jobThe repetitive thing, the report nobody reads, the questions you answer forty times a week. On the free call or by email.
  2. 02We say whether AI can do itHonestly. Some jobs are a good fit, some aren't yet, and some are better solved with a spreadsheet. You'll get a straight answer and a rough size of the work.
  3. 03We build a working version fastDays, not months. You use it on real work and tell us what's wrong.
  4. 04We fix it until it's right, then it runsWith a person checking anything that goes to your customers, the same way we check our own. Most tools run on a schedule or a trigger and cost a few euro a month to keep running.

What AI is good at, and what it isn't

Good at: checking things on a schedule, drafting from a template or a brief, answering questions from a known set of documents, summarising, extracting data from messy inputs, turning one input (an Eircode, a postcode, a product code) into a useful output.

Not good at, yet: anything where a wrong answer costs real money and nobody checks it; anything that needs judgement about a specific person; anything you can't describe clearly. If your job is one of those, we'll tell you, and we'll tell you what we'd do instead.

That's why every tool we build has a person in the loop where it matters.

Questions people ask

Do I need to understand AI to use this?

No. You need to be able to describe the job. We do the rest, and the tool is built so a person who's never heard of AI can use it.

What does it cost to run?

Most of what we build runs for a few euro a month in AI and hosting costs, which we pass through at cost or include in hosting. The build is quoted as a project. TODO John: confirm framing

Will it replace my staff?

It replaces the parts of their job they'd be glad to lose. The rankings dashboard didn't replace anyone; it replaced a Monday morning nobody enjoyed.

Can you build on what I already use?

Usually. We've connected tools to WhatsApp, Google Sheets, email, and the APIs businesses already pay for. Tell us what you use on the call.

What if it gets something wrong?

Everything we build that talks to your customers or publishes in your name has a person checking it first. Tools that only report to you are checked by you. We'd rather a tool was slow and right than fast and wrong.

Is my data safe?

Your data goes to the AI provider only as needed to do the job, under their business terms, and isn't used to train their models. We'll tell you exactly which services a tool uses before we build it. TODO John: confirm providers

Tell us the job you'd love to never do again.
